With one breath movement begins, first ever so slightly allowing creativity to awaken
Each body part begins its conversation as the instruments evoke a gentle seduction
You are surrounded by the tantalizing waves of curiosity
Moving with your breath, your body sways building a relationship with the music, allowing, surrendering, feeling
What needs to come through?
As the feelings build you become the music crossing and moving and rolling
Up and down, over and through, here to there your body taking up all the space it needs
Moving from place to place feeling the seed that was buried so deep... it could barely breathe.
The seed of excitement, the seed of pleasure, the seed of love, the seed of pure safety within.
The seed that brings with it, happiness.
Waiting for you to let go of judgement, of fear, of angst - the music calls to you patiently waiting for you to let go and just… indulge.
